Project Location: Encinictas, CA Theme: A modern coastal retreat blending comfort with architectural detail, designed to showcase expansive ocean views. Beyond designing and renovating homes, our team also partners with investors — whether you bring us a property and we lead the design and execution for equity, or provide capital for us to identify and transform a property with strong returns.

Before: The home lacked flow and cohesion, with dated finishes, an inefficient layout, and underutilized spaces.

Design Vision: Our goal was to reimagine the interiors into an open, light-filled environment that connects seamlessly to the ocean beyond. By layering calming finishes, warm textures, and bold details, we created a space that balances functionality with personality.

After: The result is a sexy, industrial-chic beach pad — think Soho city girl meets San Diego coast. With an open-concept kitchen and living area, a striking glass floor, and expansive terraces for indoor-outdoor living, every detail was designed to combine sophistication with a relaxed coastal edge.
