After: The result is a sexy, industrial-chic beach pad — think Soho city girl meets San Diego coast. With an open-concept kitchen and living area, a striking glass floor, and expansive terraces for indoor-outdoor living, every detail was designed to combine sophistication with a relaxed coastal edge.
